The employees are very polite, friendly and they definitely care about the quality of the product! They definitely make it feel more like a small business rather than a corporate coffee company.“

“Food was hot and fresh, but warning, never go inside. Drive through gets priority. Waited 18 minutes for our food. Also, waited forever at the counter because I wanted to pay with cash and not use the kiosk. Cashier was robotic, no smile, no emotion, zombie like. Inside was clean, kudos for that. I used to work in a restaurant, we smiled, worked and had fun. Feel so sorry for so many of our depressed, lethargic young people.“
