I believe that the service was slow due to not enough workers or, the main way to order food is through the kiosk in the store.
(People [5] would come in and start saying, hello, could I get some help here at the counter)!
We would just through the drive through instead! (But, hard to due when driving a 26' Uhaul truck and a car transporter attached)

The have some one who works there that thinks plain burger means with onions it’s not White Castle it’s a McDonald’s.
