“Been to Riviera's many time, the ambiance is colorful, cheerful, and what makes them the best in the area is their consistency. Margaritas have always been perfectly balanced i.e., not too much ice and one can taste the tequila, the beef tip, not ground beef chimmichanga plates have always been perfect. It has the Pico de Gallo, shredded lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, and of course refried beans and rice. The fried ice-cream is incredible.“
