“I went to Starbucks at Bryan Rd and Feise to get some Valentine's gift cards for the family. These employees, Brooklyn, Veronica, Grace, Sydney and Bella were so friendly and provided such great customer service. What a wonderful community atmosphere!“

“The baristas at this Starbucks are truly awesome—always kind, professional, and working hard. Unfortunately, they often seem short-staffed, with just one person having to take orders, make drinks, and handle everything alone. This creates long waits and puts a lot of pressure on the worker, even though they handle it with grace. It would be great to see more consistent staffing so these employees can continue providing the great service they’re clearly capable of—without being stretched so thin.“
