“Every single time I go the drive thru line is wrapped around the building, but they are always so fast at getting everyone through!! They are always so sweet at the window, repeat my order back and it is correct every time! I’ve never had a problem here and have been to many different Starbucks that do not serve the same way. Very impressed!“

“Originally I tried to buy a coffee at the Starbucks on 5th Street in St. Charles, Missouri. Three of us were in line. After waiting 5 minutes without any kind of acknowledgment that I was even there in line, the gentleman behind me left. I then left because I wasn't even acknowledged, much less served. As I walked out I told two of the customers heading in, about my experience and said if you have to be somewhere and want to just get a coffee quickly and go, I would recommend going to another location or coffee shop.
Later I drove past the Starbucks on Clayton Road in Town and country and decided to give it another try. I went through drive-thru in record speed. Now I know where I can get great fast service!!!“
“I don’t come that often cause I support local coffee shops but team member today remembered my name and made the visit even better. And they were very busy. You could tell one team member was a tad behind and she was so calm and was a great leader. Stepped up to help. Other team member kept saying sorry and she was so kind and respectful and kept telling him it was okay. I appreciate her and she deserves more money.“
“Came in for a drink for me and my daughter, she didn’t know what she wanted so she asked this lovely girl what she liked and they both chatted and she ended up getting a strawberry refresher. She was so sweet in asking if I wanted caffeine in it since my daughter is so young and she chatted with her while she made our drinks and it made my daughter so happy since she had a bad day that day. If you go ask for Gwen, love you girl 💙“
