“I just wanted to leave a five star review for the morning staff that made my coffee today. Today was the first time in a long time that I took a sip of my coffee and smiled afterwards, as my shots did not taste like they were dead. I have recently been adding vanilla sweet cream to my shaken espresso because they have been quite bitter lately and today was the smoothest drink I have had in a while.Thank you for that and reminding me why I love coffee!“

“The baristas at this Starbucks are truly awesome—always kind, professional, and working hard. Unfortunately, they often seem short-staffed, with just one person having to take orders, make drinks, and handle everything alone. This creates long waits and puts a lot of pressure on the worker, even though they handle it with grace. It would be great to see more consistent staffing so these employees can continue providing the great service they’re clearly capable of—without being stretched so thin.“
