Any time I'm out here for work I stop by this McDonald's. Every time the food has been fast hot and fresh. The crew has been so friendly. Definitely can tell the difference between a city McDonald's and a country McDonald's. Great job.

I stopped here after I got off work this morning n here was an issue with someone not showing up for their shift n one of my sandwiches got left out n I was a little irritated I had to drive back up there but after I got back they were really nice n apologetic n even gave me an extra sandwich for my troubles so made it much better experience. Hope they get enough help so rest of the day is smooth for everyone.

Horrible service. I ordered from a kiosk, when I was done, I went to the counter to get my drink cup. No one was there. Three employees looked at me but didn't ask if I needed anything. Then, the manager saw me, even walked by me twice and ignored me. I even said excuse me twice, loudly and still got ignored. Second shift at De Soto McDonalds is ridiculously unprofessional. The manager needs to go back to training to learn how to acknowledge the customers. What joke. The...
