Ordered to go...10 chicken legs, 2 breast and sides. Got home, got my 2 breasts, but the bucket was full of thighs. I repeated my order twice, so was a wee bit upset. Took order back and they made it rught.
The chicken was just out of the fried and steaming hot. Best of had in a long time.
The food and service was great. But it was really cold inside the building. It was so cold my husband went to the car to get his coat.

KFC is a restaurant that serves decent food, but has been inconsistent with its orders. Customers have reported receiving fewer pieces of chicken than they paid for, with some never receiving the exact number. Additionally, there have been issues with side orders being missing or not being fulfilled. While the food is good, some customers have reported poor service, citing rude and unhelpful staff.
