Ordered ahead of time for pickup, still 25 behind.i can hear them talking about being out of xtra crispy chicken. My order, then out of wraps, also my order. When asked do I get a refund they didn't know because i used online and had to go outside to ask the other manager. 2 ppl outside while everyone's order is wrong and a huge line and ones a manager ?. Ice maker in lobby not working, no carbonation in lobby either. Hopefully the rest of the meal is ok. Typical fast food place rising costs with subpar quality guess that's what's to be expected in the post COVID era. Who knew 2019 was the last year for subpar quality at an actual decent price. Anyone else hate the world we live in now days?

Purchased 2 extra large sides with meal and they did not give them to me. When I called they said I could come back or they would send me a voucher. I told them I was not close by so just send me a voucher. Never received it. Stop by about a week and a half later and inquired about them and they said they didn’t know anything about them and they would tell their boss. A week later still nothing.
