I've been to this store twice in the last week & a half. Order the Brooklyn & Hand tossed pizza, both where extremely thin. When I asked I was told the dough was over proofed but was offered no coupons or anything. Second visit, was told a certain time but upon arrival they hadn't even prepared it yet so had to wait, even thought it took me a half hour to arrive. They don't seem to care about customer satisfaction.

I want to thank this location for doing an excellent job with our order. I had screwed up and ordered online for the wrong day. It was for a birthday party (a pretty huge order). I needed it quickly. They were very understanding and on top of it. They easily switched my order and still delivered it to our party. Thank you again for saving the day from my mistake!!!
