General manager Kristen took my order and she was friendly and the food was fresh .
I’ve been coming to this location for a couple years now off-and-on but here recently they have made a huge shift from how they used to be, it all started when I noticed Jessica she’s served me a couple times now and she is always going above and beyond for the customers, getting food out quickly, dealing with the occasional messed up order and really building a great culture at this store. There are so many extremely polite workers at Hardee’s is my Top two favorite places in Desoto to get breakfast mainly because of the customer service all of the employees are great, but I can say Jessica and James I know by name and they always go out of their way to make my morning a little bit better, by being kind and respectful.

Another guest ordered cinnamon raisin biscuits but got a biscuit and gravy instead. At times, the restaurant seems short-handed, leading to a few extra minutes of waiting, though the food is better than expected. The location itself looks deserted and needs a facelift, and the phone often goes unanswered. Despite these issues, many find the service consistently good.
