Friendly and Professional Staff. Arrived on Time for my Appointment. Out in less than 2 hours. Not bad. I would definitely deliver here again! ?
Shipping/receiving by door #3 (looks similar to door 1 employee entrance). 45 minute unload for double stacked Mondelez load. Tandems to the rear, unhook, chalk tires, park next to trailer.These trailers go-to Grocery Stores and set-up the distributors. =Not a lot of trucks leaving in the morning, more of a consistent all day trucks leaving to stock stores.
Arrived 8:10 for 8:30 am appt.Driver Entrance is by dock #3.Checked In & given door right away. Unloaded & out facility about 9:15 amLocation is smaller with 6 docks. It has enough room for tractor/trailer to maneuver.Drop trailer & disconnect.70E to exit 231B, Earth City Expressway/MO141N, off ramp is one way street, continue 1 mile to 2nd light, turn left onto Lakefront Rd, then 1st right on American Eagle Plaza...Mondelez will be on right.There is a Love's close by...its 10:30am and it's only a cpl parking spaces available, shop is full until the evening.

I got ther very early for my appointment. They took me and got me done within an hour. Easy to find by way of navigation.

Had an 11:30 appt to unload arrived at 0530 out by 8am. Very fast and friendly.
Usually dont have ur load ready when u get there. I think maybe they're shorthanded on personnel.
