We took the grandkids through the drive through and tried to use the BK app to preorder for pickup, but failed to complete the order. The window attendant helped us through the preorder and couldn't have been nicer. Great employee, and our food was excellent.
Walked inside the store to place my order. Myself along with about six people in line to place my order. Totally ignored! The lady who was supposed to take orders at the inside register would stand where the food comes out and not take orders. What’s really really bad, is there was no food in front of her and no food coming from the kitchen.
