Just went into chipotle and the person making the food is picking his face with his glove on while he’s making peoples food. Nobody says anything, completely disgusting. Called the store to complain to the manager. You get the one 800 number and they don’t allow you to talk to the store. We’ll never go to this location again.

I get chipotle often enough to know I was severely shorted tonight on multiple orders. This bowl is normally filled even tho it’s rice, steak/chicken/cheese. Wow!

I put in an order on the app and ordered a chicken bowl with chips. The chip bag was barely filled and I had maybe 5 pieces of chicken in my bowl and 5 pieces of lettuce when I asked for normal portions. So depressing.

Foods good, but cashier working on 8/8/2025 at 6:25pm is rude as hell and has a crazy attitude, just wanted to adjust this because the company changed my 2 stars to 5 without my knowledge, if it's changed again I'm filing a formal complaint with the BBB. Tried to file a request to have and adjustment made and their customer service rep claimed I didn't respond within 20 seconds so ended the chat, Urduja Hope with their website did this and I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate, with the added details that my review was changed to 5 stars when that was clearly not what should be

Very small portions, employees have their phones in the food serving area and are watching soccer while they work.
Less than no effort put in.
People standing around.
Trash everywhere.
Restaurant filthy.
This used to be a decent location. The new staff is terrible.

I have gone to this location since 2009. I know the general reaction in this day and age is that ‘everything has gone downhill’
But this is spectacularly bad.
I LOVE chipotle. I go sometimes multiple times a week. When I was in middle school I used to ride my bike to this location.
Sure, things have endured enshittification in general, but I have been to other chipotles in the country. Even within the last few weeks.
This location doesn’t care about anything, cleanliness, quality or customer service.
It needs new management. The floors are nasty, they clearly don’t care at ALL about the food and look like they just rolled off some bender.
Chipotle please fix this. I know your other restaurants aren’t like this.

I'm currently sitting in this location because honestly, I'm starving. However, I honestly don't know how this location has this much traffic. It is absolutely filthy. The ladies room is disgusting. You can see in the image, and so are the dining room floors other than just what's pictured. The only tables that are clean are the ones that are occupied the rest of the unoccupied tables are disgusting and haven't been wiped. The drink area is filled with straw wrappers Etc. No bags in the rusted barrel being used as a garbage can, that sits by the fountain drink/utensil area. It is 12:55 and they are currently not busy enough to not clean up this location. I have been actively watching one of the employees rub his face constantly and I just witnessed the same gentleman (pictured with glasses) take his hat off and scratch his head; he is not wearing gloves but yet he is serving the toppings on the food. Speaking of the food I got the carne asada, the meat is dry and when I mean dry it's dry with guacamole on it even. I just spent $20 on a bowl and a small soda... that is ridiculous. The young man that actually got my bowl started a thin, young, dark-haired man; he was very sweet. I also don't think the young kid in the back should be wearing headphones while he refills the containers then scroll through his cell phone (also pictured), all, without gloves. There are currently 9 diners, 2 in line. Idk who the manager is but there's a young dark haired girl and a blonde w/glasses young woman that are socializing at the register in between customers. Perhaps they could, in their idle time, try to make it more presentable if anything, more SANITARY. If one of them is the restaurant manager they need to be more attentive and be the supervisor not their buddy. (Update, before I left, the guy with glasses, never left the counter to wash his hands, now has gloves on.) I'm literally shocked at this location. The only reason it got 1 star, is the young man, ONLY employee that not only greeted me, but was very friendly and spoke outside of asking what I'd like.

I think food was fine just think workers should be more mindful with prep or loading. I got a chicken bowl and the lettuce was 90% stems. I know they’re edible and it’s not a dealbreaker but maybe cut the lettuce better so it’s not big pieces of stem or be more mindful when making the bowl to not just put two pieces of stem in there and call it a day.

Ordered veggie rice bowl, but they were out of veggie and we were told that it will take 15mins. Felt that if someone is running the store you should keep close watch of items running out. Took the veggie bowl with no veggie, had to opt for rice and black beans. No complains but , off late i have felt the chain is detoriating in terms of service, hygiene......I could be wrong but have felt the same visiting 3-4 stores in St Louis.

My order was very incorrectly prepared. My partner ordered the salad bowl and there was not a single piece of salad. In addition, We ordered a large guac and large chips. Instead, we got a small guac and no chips at all! This was 10/25 order placed 5:31 PM for 5:45 pickup.

I took my order to go. I got home and I couldn't eat the food because it was so salty. The steak tasted questionable. I suspect this particular franchise is not doing justice to the brand. I stayed away for a while. I had Chipotle in Atlanta twice last week. Enjoyed enough that I thought I'd try it again. Now I don't plan to ever set foot there again.
