Service is okay but portions are very meek for the price

older guy that’s been there for years made me say please after i said i wanted brown rice??? what a creep, barely gave me chicken 6 pieces max

Where do I even begin? you’ve been there. You know, enough said.but basically Either always get underserved or lazy workers like who says they’re not gonna restock 45 minutes till closing because they don’t wanna cook. Like ok bro. By far worst chipotle I been to.

The people who work here are awesome and the food is always good

I went in to get my pick up order because the app said it was ready. When I got inside there were 5-6 people waiting for their food. I asked the worker when the food would be ready and she said 20 to 30 minutes. I believe that because they were in such a rush to get the food to the people they did not properly cook the chicken in my quesadilla Leaving me with food poisoning. If you like food poisoning and long wait times this place is for you.

Walked in to get a burrito and and the restaurant smelled like poop! Figured it was an old building so I went ahead and ordered some food. It was very disappointing and it did not taste like chipotle to me.

We had quick and friendly service when we stopped in. I will say in terms of the actual food it was a bit skimpy but I know that kind of comes from corporate but other than that the meat was also kind of dry and the rice was a bit undercooked but I mainly wanted to report on the quick and friendly service of the employees because I believe that deserves to be recognized

Order incorrect (wrong main dish). No one will answer the phone. Online bot offered a free soda to compensate us for our meal that was wasted. No customer service. Incorrect orders. Unwillingness to refund for incorrect order. Don’t recommend. Any place is better.

This is probably the best Chipotle in St. Louis! The staff was super friendly and the line moved really fast. Food was fresh and great! I liked that they have a lot of room for seating in this location. I would go here again!

Increased cost, decreased quantity served, decreased meat portion significantly, and decreased in overall quality. This will be my last trip to Chipotle's.

Never order correct online and one of the employees is miserable.

Never been to Chipotle until December 24, and we've been 4 times now! Wow, love it. I just wish they didn't charge for chips when you get a bowl.

These employees really go the extra mile and had everything available dispute what time we came in. Special shoutout to Eric! Great energy, we came in on a late Sunday night and he still took his time with us. WAY better than the other nearby locations.

I don’t know what they are doing here. But I waited right in front of the counter for about 15 minutes while they did togo orders. Didn’t even acknowledge me. Wild to me.
