on 2/27/2024 we experienced some less than desirable meals from DQ. We called and asked for it to be made right. After speaking with Chargo (I hope I'm respectful of his name), he said to come back and we would have the meals replaced. What a nice man he was. Going ABOVE and beyond, as a manager should with a customer that isn't 100% satisfied. Then..... the day of replacement came..... went up to the location, went inside, and spoke with him along with the receipt, as requested. Whether it was a communication mishap from the request via the phone 2 days earlier or something, either way it wasn't clear. He offered to replace the chicken, and not the whole meal. I wasn't happy with that outcome, as I only get a limited time for lunch, and I didn't have time to go and get new chicken that same day. Furthermore, who wants just chicken tenders for lunch? Not me. This is the portion where the person that I will only describe as the "not DQ outfitted, jeans lady" came over. She asked why I didn't bring the rest of the meal back the same day? We always make our food fresh. I don't know why it was hard... Well.... here is a lesson learned...... Next time, "I am sorry that this happened, what do we need to do to make it right?" that's it! You did it then! You made it right! As for the chicken fiasco.... Chik-Fil-A is right down the street. Maybe you can get some pointers from them about freshness!

I recommend this DQ, ice cream tastes great, now that’s what you call soft serve!! This location has changed tremendously under new management so much cleaner and friendly environment. AND THEY FLIP BLIZZARDS!!!

They work as a team and are very friendly. I have been coming to this location for years. It deserves more than a 3.7 there. They fixed there intercom. I feel more customers need to have patience when there under pressure. I feel it's smart to cook the food when they get there for the to go app. Because the food would be soggy.
Everyone working here is very friendly and kind. I see the leaders training people with patience and encouragement. Pretty good food, as far as Dairy Queen goes. A bit expensive, but I know they can't control the prices so that doesn't impact my review. We're becoming regulars.

If blizzard ingredients get contaminated or mixed they definitely dont get changed out. Asked for an oreo/reeses blizzard and all that you could taste was cinnamon. Well the person it was for is allergic to cinnamon. So yeah if you have allergies either ensure they use fresh ingredients or just dont bother.

A gurl with black Hair, braces and tattoo on her arms (just trying to describe so you correct the right girl) was very rude and dismissive. I had an online order and she said my burger wasn't on it when u showed her it was. I told her again it was and she said well it's not. Another girl with blond hair came up and apologized and corrected the situation. The girl w the black hair has extremely poor customer service. And there should really be someone as in an adult running the place giving direction because this crew was scrambling badly.
They are so nice! I thought they closed at 10:00 so I got there at 9:35. There were people in line but I quickly realized they closed at 9:30. They still took my order and were very nice about it!

The only reason I'm giving a one-star is because of the sweet girl that handed the food to me. I asked her who took my order and she pointed at the lady behind her, which I believe was the supervisor since she was the only one dressed differently. I acknowledge her kindness, and I also let her how rude the the other lady was. When she told her she said " I don't give a f..." The rude lady has short, platinum blond hair. So just to make you aware. Stay safe out there ya'll.
