TERRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE

Came in for an order on a Saturday. 30 min wait to get the food i was here to get. This is unacceptable. There were 35 people in lobby waiting on orders. No one was working together and everyone looked as if it was chaos. Better training is needed

One of the best Bagels I have ever had.

I LOVE going to Einstein's for Hazelnut Vanilla coffee with almond milk, and getting a Country Sausage bagel! YEE HAW, partner, round up some friends and lasso that Countey Sausage bagel (which is a limited time offering) with the Country Pepper Schmear...your taste buds will thank me!

Keep in mind: Mondays are even more amazing as they have freshly baked baker's dozen bagels for $9! That means you get 13 bagels for a heavy discount!

Don't forget to order a cheesy hashbrown with your bagel, too, but do it via the app, so you receive a free coffee of your choice IF you're a rewards member! The freshly baked muffins are soooo yummy, so make sure you try them when heading in also!

The rewards program is worth signing up for as it offers free upgrades when ordering through the app, free bagels, and free coffee with in-app purchases. So much to love for a rewards program!

Quick fast good bagels

Terrible service, every customer was waiting for an extended amount of time and once I got my order, the order was incorrect. So then I had to drive back to the location and wait 10 more minutes for them to make the correct order. Very disorganized and no sense of time management.

Super busy on a Saturday morning. Ordered ahead but still had a wait. Food tasted fine, but was not hot when it came out so we had to take it home and heat it up. It's been better in the past, but I was disappointed with this last visit

Emery is an outstanding employee who truly goes above and beyond! She genuinely cares about Dashers and customers, ensuring that everyone has a great experience. So, I normally get the normal breakfastl fare from McDonald's or Burger King through Doordash. However , no more! Einstein Bagel is ny new got to! I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on a jalapeño bagel. And my son ordered a chorizo egg and cheese burrito. They were both fresh and delicious! Take my advice, eat here!!! You won't regret it!

Ordered 2 bagel sandwiches on 10/26/24 and when the order was delivered it was completely wrong. The ticket was right on the bag but it had one sandwich and it wasn't one of the ones we ordered. We called and their solution was to place another order and we will make sure it's done right this time. The individual that answered also blamed it on a new employee so that was fun to hear the accountability placed on a new hire. Not a solution and not an appropriate response.
