Einstein Bros. Bagels

2/2/26 Unbelievable!!! They want me to go online and do more than I have - which I have previously done in regard to this review and receive no follow-up.

We’ve lived in this area for more than 20 years and don’t come to Einstein’s but occasionally. Unfortunately, the cost of a bagel in this place is ridiculous but worse than that is their service is terrible. A consistently lack enough staff to efficiently take care of Customers. Someone needs to take over the management of this place and systemize things so That the people who were doing preparation are doing preparation, the people who are filling Takeaway orders with pastries and bagels in the case are doing one job and there is always a person at the register to ring you out. They clearly cannot handle also selling drinks because there’s never a person assigned to that station. The results is the cashier like today stepped away to make drinks which resulted in a long line and wait. Pitiful!

Still nothing from Einstein Bros Bagels despite asking that I send email to the company headquarters. Hard to imagine how they can be so poor at customer service and relations and survive. Wow!

The response I received to my review below asked that I email the company concerning my complaint. Which I did.

Then I received an email saying that the information was sent to a regional manager to address. Whomever that person is has not responded. Ridiculous! As a lifelong business owner I understand why the issue in their store exist. Addressing problems appears to be a game of pass the ball in hopes that the issue will disappear into the ether.

As previously noted, this is not a new problem - it is a consistent one.

How do businesses like this survive!?!

Their is no taste to the sandwich at all!! The way it looks online is nothing how it looks in person. The bacon looks real online and it’s not real! They give u two pieces of bacon and online it looks lik the sandwich is loaded with bacon.. everything about this sandwich was just awful and was deceiving. If u want a good breakfast sandwich this is NOT YOUR PLACE!!! Jus go to bread co.

Clean store, kind staff, fresh food- (this is my favorite location). Amanda and Connor were so kind despite us coming in for food just before close! Guaranteed will be back!

Everytime we come here there is always something that goes wrong. They barely provide what you’re asking for on your sandwich. They also don’t listen to what you’re asking for and today they didn’t make a coffee I paid for and then said they couldn’t find it. No longer coming here. It sucks and their is 1 employee that gets way to stressed out and gets an attitude

TERRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE

Came in for an order on a Saturday. 30 min wait to get the food i was here to get. This is unacceptable. There were 35 people in lobby waiting on orders. No one was working together and everyone looked as if it was chaos. Better training is needed
