Edit: That's not really helpful. Five Guys still owes me for the food I didn't get. I responded twice to the email email receipt looking for assistance and got no response. Tried to use the website feedback, and just got an error instead. This is really poor customer service.

Foods good but why is there always a handicapped guy hanging here. EVERY single night I get food. Is he there everyday? It doesn’t look like he works there. It’s a little weird and off putting when he goes around banging on stuff.

Went to pick up an order and it took 27 minutes to make a burger and fries. Staff was just behind the counter goofing around doing nothing. Food sucks too.
The family ordered 4 burgers and a large fry. The burgers and fries were hot, fresh and a taste of perfection. Never had a disappointing experience, yet! Highly recommended.

We visited this location a few times and got a couple of burger meals. They sprinkled a lot of seasoning on the french fries this time. It was so salty.

The team there today was over the top helpful. We have a gluten free person in our family, and without skipping a beat was on it to make it right for them. Made out huge order in minutes and smiles the whole time. Great job by a great team!
