Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

They messed up a ton of things on a pretty simple order i put in for pickup. I asked for an extra cheese and no tomato on a chicken sandwhich, which they didnt make properly and they also didnt include the two sauces i ordered on the side. In my ice cream they forgot m&ms. I went in and they were very quick to fix everything, but the employees and management seems a little unorganized/chaotic. Food was still great, but ill be going to the ballwin location instead from now on.

Two young ladies were exceptionally helpful explaining my rewards balance and making suggestions. Very sweet girls, Ms. Janet and Ms. May. It is very nice to go to a fast-food restaurant and still have a restaurant experience.

Would not give us our money back on items that they were out of! Crazy! Then the manger was rude and said the best he can do was give us a gift card! Honestly, do you think we are coming back? Never!

Only issue is had was the amount of salt which could have just been me. Food was great honestly just really salty but customer service made up for everything.

Great burgers

Got a tiny little pinch of fries with my meal. Drain flies flying around and employee was trying to smack them. Big guy has gross long fingernails and would sit on his phone inbetween taking drive thru orders next to tables that had food trash. Like is everyone lazy here? Also fiddling with the registers they were all afraid of "getting in trouble" for using it wrong...

Debbie at the front counter was so sweet and she made sure my son and I were taken care of! Delicious cheeseburgers and French fries!

Horrible, poor rude service, understaffed could do better with better non lazy management. Manager complains other Manager on vacation than complains about the orders on the screen go Freddys hire anyone lazy! Hope Freddys reads this, you hire lazy management!!!! Example, grandma on register takes 10 mins for one shake while manager complains about orders and manager being on vacation. Freddys retrain your management not to talk about complaints in front of guest not the welcoming Freddys experience to hear someone complain!
