Had a spicy chicken sandwich. Big ole hair came out. I have really short hair, so it definitely wasn't mine. We also had to repeat our order through the drive through 5 times between the speaker and the window. All around horrible experience

my boyfriend placed a online order. we didn’t receive the cup of cheese with our order (which we paid for). we got ice cream, and it’s just sitting on the counter waiting. then, heres the kicker. there’s a hair on my tenders! i have a picture. not even gonna attempt to call the store because i don’t want the attitude.

All of the burgers are sooooo salty. Why? It’s inedible, tries to request for no salt or seasoning with the burger but to no avail, the team said they do not add any seasoning or salt during the cooking process, which means their food is already salty from the food process prior to shipping to stores. Highly disappointing.

This place is good and the kid we the drive thru was probably the nicest teenager, I've ever seen working fast food lol So the food was fresh and tasted good and if you like Steak n Shake, you'll love Freddy's! They're so close to being the same but Freddy's has a way higher price tag!

Drove through Ellisville Freddies last night. Service so slow. 28 mins to get food. Staff were eating at tables for supper break while five cars stood still. Also, $12.39 for a grilled cheese double burger way too much. Will go to Sonic in future. Their double bacon cheese burger is $7.39.
