SO GOOD!!!! Do not pass it up. My normal donut shop was closed today so I was looking for something new, and discovered The mochi donut factory right around the corner. Literally the softest fluffiest donuts I’ve ever had. I tried churro and fruity pebbles, and both were amazing. Also tried The pineapple passionfruit Boba tea, which blew my mind. Will be back with my kids!!

Always friendly and fast service! Delicious doughnuts, boba and now they serve katsu! A must try 💖
