Walked in and the staff were arguing over not rotating the food. No customers. 2 o'clock so not peak time. Stood there two minutes while they argued and no one acknowledged us. Don't bother.

Service was once hit or miss and drive thru could take longer than expected. Last several months speed has been a plus. Quality of food has always been great!

the coupons for popeyes are wonderful. buy chicken sandwich get one free are the best. the chicken sandwich is the whole chicken breast not a thin little patty. even without the coupon they are worth the money.

Horrible they don’t care about door dash orders everything the food be old and hard .. they barely have buisness so i don’t understand why the food be that bad. I asked for classics tender and get spicy

Food is sometimes good but they just gave me a single blackened ranch for my whole meal. Don’t be stingy guys

It’s mind boggling how this place still open for business, shame on city of Ellisville for giving them license! Old food nasty attitude from the workers

A little disappointed when we dined here. First, they got my order wrong and didn't offer a refund and then we ordered red beans and rice and had to wait 35 minutes for it to be made. We were done eating when I finally went up and asked if it was ready. Why wouldn't they have red beans and rice available, that's one of the best offers.

Best Popeyes in St. Louis, nicest employees that care, and polite. Always serves with a smile and food is fresh and fast service. Today I only wanted a leg and potatoes, they didn’t even charge me. Highly recommend this Popeyes if you want great service and fresh chicken, and mostly great service
