Horrible soggy greasy cold food after we waited way too long to get our food. Then we had to wait to be checked out. We finally got up went to the counter and continued to wait until someone checked us out. We told her as she was our waitress about our crappy service and awful food that we left in our plates. Food was so delicious. The homemade tortilla chips were warm and crispy.
We have been coming to Los Rios for many years but this year we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. There were only about 8 customers total and yet 4 waitresses were standing together near the bar area just talking. There was a filthy cleaning towel and a bottle of cleaner setting out by the margarita coozies.
