I placed an order for pick up at the Excelsior Springs KFC. The confirmation email and the sign in front of the store clearly stated that I was supposed to go into the store to pick up my order; however, the doors were locked. As a result, my order was cold by the time I waited 20+ minutes in the drive thru to pick it up. I called the restaurant number twice and banged on the door to no avail. Unfortunately after my visit on 2/16, I would say the best thing they could do is close. My tenders were very over cooked and so salty I could not eat them. I have had library paste with far more flavor than the potatoes were...I just cant imagine why it is so bad.

The service has improved but they still struggle for some reason... We asked for a water since the wife's didn't come with a drink...They added $2.49 to the order...for water? It was more then my coke! Ah no! Lol.. No sauces for taco bell and quite a wait... sigh,,, Hoping they pull it together as I normally like the food...
