Honestly has great sandwich's but the employees can not read a ticket for the life of them. Everytime i order 2 sandwichs that are the same and 1 is different and they always switch 2 of them.every. single. Time. At first i got it remade. Now i dont want to go through the trouble to drive back up there. I call and let them know that they messed up again. *this has been continuous for 4 times now* and they always hang up on me. It would be nice if they would learn not to put so much dressing on a sandwich that it's messy and you can't eat it very well when it gets all over your hands and drips on the floor. They always have an attitude when you say something about it too. It's like well I told you LIGHT mayo not the whole thing to be nothing but mayo.

Literally just stood in the subway door for 14 minutes and the lady Brandy didn't even acknowledge anyone came in until we left the building angry if you're not going to serve your customers then don't come into work. Today's date is 10/05/2021and we got there a little before 10:05 yelled for someone 3 times and still left empty handed for lunch and then called us a liar when we told her we had been standing there the whole time thanks for not serving us
