My husband went in at 7:05 PM to pick up our online order that was scheduled for 7:00 PM. The pickup kiosk had a sign directing customers to the bar, so he walked up there as instructed. There were people sitting at the bar, but no one waiting in line or ahead of him for service.

Over the past year, my husband and I have noticed a steady decline in the quality and portion sizes at this location.
Today, the experience was unacceptable by any standard.
During our visit around 2-3pm, the boneless wings were shockingly small. The side of carrots and celery was equally disappointing, a few tiny, withered pieces. The potato wedges were about an inch long, razor-thin, and so overcooked they were nearly burnt.
