Pay attention Farmington McAlisters. You have potential to be the best. But you're letting little things trip you up. You have great chili and you have great Cheese dip. I rarely make reviews but the Farmington location needs some attention. I have always loved McAlister’s but I will never be returning to the Farmington location. Yesterday evening, we stopped in at 8PM for a quick meal after sporting events. Upon entering, the young woman at the counter with dark hair and square glasses let us know that the kitchen would be closing soon and they close completely at 9. I made an online order. Picked up food and headed home, 20 minutes. I realized when at home there was no chili cheese for the ultimate nachos. Called they told me I could drive 20 minutes up there to get one. Yea ok 20 minutes there 20 minutes home. No thanks. Said I could put my name down and u could get the chili next time I was in town. What good is the chili days later
