My family and I LOVE Chick Fil A. It’s always our first fast food choice. And we were super excited when they came to Farmington. Unfortunately, we have given this restaurant many chances and every time we leave frustrated. We have gone thru the drive thru, mobile order, and carry out with the app. Doesn’t matter which way, no matter if we order a big supper or just a couple drinks…we have to wait in line at least 20 minutes. I was hopeful and gave it several tries after they got into a groove but the teenagers working there do not care. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches,no one was in line she said it would take them a minute to cook them I said that’s fine I pulled up in a parking spot. 25 minutes went by and said sorry they forgot and all I got was hard chicken and grease.
