I've never experienced such slow and poor service. Not just slow because of being busy but ridiculously S.L.O.W......
One employee standing looking at cell phone, one on fryer talking to the other. 4 people waiting on orders while orders were waiting on racks to be picked up. Took well over 5 minutes just for someone to say, "Can I help you?" My order was on the rack waiting. Then another few minutes to make the drink. It literally felt like zombie land in slow motion. It’s really sad everywhere that there are not enough people working. Most of the time I just expect terrible service nowadays because people are just so overwhelmed in the service industry and so much is expected of a minimal amount of people.

Ate here a few times now and it’s been amazing! The bone in are the best, boneless leave something to be desired. The Louisiana dry rub, spicy Korean q and mild have been our favorites!
