Fazoli's Reviews
ORDERED LARGE FAMILY MEAL, called and spoke with Manager John and was told they don’t offer the pizza with the large family meal. The menu states that it is offered. Still did not receive. Have photo of the online menu that shows pizza does come with the family meal.
My son has autism with sensory issues and we avoided all restaurants for about 10 years since he struggled with noises and being around children.
With therapy and maturity, we have worked our way to now weekly visits to Festus Fazolis. My son loves spaghetti and garlic bread and can walk around and get his own drink. It gives us all a chance to sit as a family for a quiet meal out.
Thank you to the friendly and understanding staff 😊
I went thru drive thru 5/9/22
was asked to wait a minute before I was asked to place my order, waited 15 minutes, finally I yelled "Hello" then someone came on and ask what I'd like! They forgot me! when I pulled up and paid, he gave me the wrong bag, then gave me my bag after I flagged him down. I ordered hot Alfredo and a cold salad, it was put on the same bag, hot and cold don't mix!!
Then I got home and realized I had NO breadsticks!! Where are the complementary breadsticks?

Fazoli's is a fast and average restaurant that fills your belly. It offers delicious baked ziti and pepperoni pizza sticks. Customers enjoy the great food, though some have noted there can be a wait for their meals. The restaurant has two soda fountains, one of which needs fixing. For accessibility, the place is wheelchair-friendly with a ramp and no stairs at the entrance. Parking is easy with plenty of spots available. Many customers appreciate the welcoming staff, including Shyann, who worked hard to ensure a good experience, and Ashley, a manager known for her outstanding customer service. Overall, Fazoli's is a favorite for many who enjoy a quick and satisfying meal when in the area, although some tables may need more attention during busy times.
