Alexis and her team were absolutely exceptional employees, especially given the fact that there were only 3 of them (from what I could see) running the restaurant. It was consistently busy and they never lost focus of continuously working to service the customers. Not only that, Alexis was keeping the most welcoming, friendly, and helpful of demeanors the entire time, and then still working once it settled down for a moment to go clean tables!! I was actually pretty disgusted. I worked at one in North Carolina and we had 23 people upfront 4 to 5 people on the back and we had a manager on step at all times I was in there you could tell they hardly trained. No manager was on board. These poor people were running around like chickens with the head cut off, literally one of them running, trying to handle the whole back by himself And she was handling the front and drive-through by herself. I bought the breakfast burrito ? and it was good and filling. I wish that they would put their sauces out for you to get rather than having to wait for an employee for simple ketchup.
