A chicken sandwhich was forgotten but paid for. When we went back through the drive thru(3:30pm) we were told sorry they were closing. I said we had just come through and didn’t get the chicken sandwhich, could we at least get that. The response was “no sorry”

2 cars ahead of me and I still wait over 15 mins just to reach the window. if I hadn't ordered already I would leave .
