I called to inquire about my order which had not been delivered 50 minutes after being placed. I talked to 3 different people, the last being the general manager. I was told that they were short staffed and that was just how it was. I asked if they could waive my delivery fee and was told "that is not how it works" the person i was talking to was extremely rude to me.
