Owner was extremely rude when I came in to make a complaint about my pizza. I didn’t have anger in my voice nor was I rude to them. The lady who worked the phone was friendly. He blamed me for it not looking like extra cheese because I asked for it to be lightly cooked. All I wanted was my money back for the extra cheese. He came back out the kitchen raising his voice at me concerning the matter while I was talking to the lady about how he spoke to me. I mentioned I was the customer as in that’s just not how to speak to a customer as in verbally yelling/raised tone and upset especially if the customer isn’t giving that. He said the customer isn’t always right. This was all over cheese. He made me feel disrespected all while I wasn’t rude to him. Its not what you say but how you say it. The owner definitely doesn’t know how to speak to customers that he disagrees with. I’ve NEVER had an owner speak to me like that. I would have went back in and asked for a refund and gave back the pizza because he made the experience so negative, but I didn’t want to risk another confrontation with him.

I ordered the large supreme with the fried ravioli as an appetizer. The ravioli was really good with the meat sauce. The pizza had tons of toppings and the pizza sauce combined with the cheese set it apart from any other pizza that i have eaten. It is a St. Louis style pizza but it was the best pizza of any kind that i have ever eaten.
