I stood in line to have my order taken, which seemed like 10 minutes. I was the first in line with 1 at the counter. At least 10 carry out orders got their's before someone opened another register and took our order. I've never been that frustrated at this Florissant MO location. That goodness for michael who maintains the lobby. He's what keeps us coming back to this location. Thank You Michael!!

The kindest staff at any Chick fil A I've ever been to! Michael, Madison, and Donny are three specific people that hang been so kind! The rest of the staff had been amazing too. The food is always hot and fresh. The orders come out quickly. The tables are decorated with fresh flowers! They also have complimentary butter mints 😋
