Hands down my favorite location! I dined in today, which I don’t normally do (have too many kids for that) and they were SO kind! So attentive! And checked on us to make sure we were all good multiple times! Store was clean, food was great! They don’t skimp on the sauce lol 10/10 !!
I had my daughter place an online order via the app as I knew I would be cutting it close for time before breakfast ended. She placed the order before breakfast was overall 10:30. I arrived at the store at 10:33 only to be told I wouldn't be able to get my food because it's after 10:30. Im not understanding, if my order was placed prior to 10:30 it should have been accounted for. What's the purpose of the app to order in advance not when I get to the store to...
1st time I’ve gotten their food and it wasn’t amazing, sandwich was lukewarm at best, cheese was old and unmelted. Very disappointing for the price you pay. The custservice was spot on but the food itself, not very good.
