Well Chick fil a has not been the same since the sale of their name. The ingredients even changed a bit. Great vibes great service great atmosphere but the food doesn’t taste the same for the 4th time. Unfortunately Culvers has been my go to Chicken sandwich. And grab sauces from chick fil a smh
Received the wrong order. I went back in line. Felt like the staff thought that I was lying. After looking at my receipt they realized that I was telling the truth. After all of that inconvenience they threw away the wrong items. At least after spending my time and gas I you would think they would've offered me something. Yeah probably won't go back to that one. The one near the Galleria is much better. Never received the wrong items or weird stares. You would think...
I stood in line to have my order taken, which seemed like 10 minutes. I was the first in line with 1 at the counter. At least 10 carry out orders got their's before someone opened another register and took our order. I've never been that frustrated at this Florissant MO location. That goodness for michael who maintains the lobby. He's what keeps us coming back to this location. Thank You Michael!!
