I love Firehouse Subs when this location had good workers the food was great! Please, don't keep this store closed. However, just reopen with new professional managers, and employees who really want to be a part of the team and work.

Never got a greeting when we came in. Sandwiches were requested and none of the sandwiches were made correct. Then when the employee asked was the food good, we gave her our honest opinion and she proceeded to argue about it. I do home care and I came in with my clients and they were elderly people. The store’s appearance also was very bad. When asked about a manager, the employee stated that she was the manager as well as the owner and she was going to see any complaint that...

I placed a order online for to the store and was told I had to refund my food they were out of items but the young man Samaj stepped up like a true boss LEADERSHIP AT ITS FINEST he had another young man with him who dreads whomever these young men's parents are SHOULD BE PROUD they made lemonade out of lemons I know a lot of the youth these days don't care but these young stars gave hope I APPRECIATE Y'ALL!!!!!
