Cold fries and burger. I had to microwave them both when I got home. I asked if they could cut my sandwich in half and they said yes but it wasn't, plus my credit card was placed in the bag and not handed to me. They've lost my business.

My order was wrong and the cashier rolled her eyes as if I inconvenienced her by mentioning it. The food was good. However, the service needs work:
-If you're busy when a car pulls up, communicate that.
-This was my 1st time visiting. Offer recommendations, or at least seem a tad bit more friendly when asked about meals on the menu.
-When asked for napkins on an order for a family, please provide more than 3 napkins.
-Lastly, if you mess...

I had an issue in the drive through and the manager Denysha went out of her way make sure I was satisfied. Quality customer service gave a good experience from what could have been bad. Thank you.
