Absolutely Amazing!

Hawaiian Bros is a hidden gem in Florissant! The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I had the Huli Huli Chicken, and it was tender, juicy, and packed with that signature island flavor. The macaroni salad and rice sides were spot on—simple but delicious. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant is clean and inviting. It’s a great spot whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or bringing home dinner for the family. Highly recommend if you’re craving something different and delicious!

Their food is absolutely amazing. There staff is friendly and they get your food out to you in a timely manner. Whenever I have to pick up a DoorDash from there I’m never waiting long.

Hawaiian without fish. Not even a Msusbi. Dining area was loud and the ordering system was a bit confusing (one of our people forgot a drink entirely). At least the building was pretty.

Disgusting. Ordered a Hawaiian teriyaki chicken wrap this evening and it was filled with burnt chicken. This is not 'island' cuisine. I had to throw up the portion of the wrap I had unknowingly eaten as I don't want this cancer-causing poison in my body. Further, the restaurant is not clean. Toilet was filthy and trash can was overflowing. Floors and hallway mat were also not clean. First and last time to patronize this establishment.

First time trying this establishment and it was fantastic. I had a lunch plate of their Molokai chicken, with a side of rice and also macaroni salad. All were delicious. The chicken was a mixture of sweet & spicy, but with just the right amount of kick. The macaroni salad was something different with what seemed to be a mayo based sauce, with a a few other seasonings and some pepper. Different, but very good. Marco was the individual who waited on me, and also helped explain some of the options for a return visit, which I most certainly will be having at this nice location in Florissant.

Bottom line, it was great service and a great meal. Can’t wait to come back and try some another options that they offer.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. The staff is always friendly. I love the mixed plate of luau pig and Honolulu chicken. The soft serve ice cream pineapple is also very refreshing. The decor inside is really nice too.
