Love the quiet little shop, customer service was good. I got the southwest salad with no meat, the chop on the veg was really large and my salad was missing the avocado. Taste and freshness were there though . For the price I wish the salad was a bit bigger or wasn't missing things. Thank you for offering healthy options for those of us wanting to get away from fast food.

I have been coming here for years. I used to get smoothie kings fruit bowls, but Healthy Habits bowls taste better, lower on calories, and are mindfully created. The wraps and toast are amazing as well. Oh, and she has kid options to. Local, women, and black owned. Check them out!

Let me just say I tried healthy habits yesterday for the first time , Mh husband had it multiple times times but I finely gave in because I have a Peanut allergy and didn’t know the bowls could be customed but I gave tried it yesterday ! baby it did not disappoint 😍 we got two Smoothie bowls I got the Wild berry and my husband got the green bowl 😍 it was sooo good , everything was fresh and Perfect I will be back again consider us a regular at this point .

Me and my family got 3 shakes and a wellness shot for 65$ which is extremely pricey in my opinion . Now it would have been worth it if the shakes were actually tasty . The strawberry cheesecake I got was very bitter and didn’t taste like it had fresh strawberries in there . They weren’t very welcoming and had an attitude too. Sorry I won’t be back

I was traveling for business and looking for a local health place to eat. The Acai Bowl here was delicious. A great mixture of fruit, nuts, and granola. Very friendly and welcoming staff!
I absolutely adore this place and the environment. A very social place even though you are just coming and going the patrons are always very pleasant. The owner is a phenomenal woman. She's actually in law school soon to be a lawyer 🖤 the food and drinks are great. I highly recommend the meal replacements and of any of the juices plus more.

I took a large bowl of STRAWBERRY CHICKEN FETA SALAD, which was the worst dish I ever had. Egg shells on the bowl, and the chicken has been over-stored for several days with fugus. Please check to see if your food is good before leaving. I've never experienced an encounter like this in my life. The chicken smells horrible 🤮🤢, and this is my first and final visit there.

Listen… I was on my way to Smoothie King this morning, but something in my spirit said, “Nah baby, support a Black-owned business today.” So I made that turn and ended up at Healthy Habits — and babyyyy I’m SO glad I did.
Soon as I pulled up, two lovely ladies were outside and immediately hit me with a compliment on my dress. Y’all know that set the tone real nice. Their energy? Warm. Welcoming. Just good vibes all around.
I had already ordered the Sunrise Sweet Smoothie, and when I stepped inside, not only was the vibe of the place a whole aesthetic — cozy, cute, and CLEAN — but my smoothie was sitting there ready like it was waiting on me.
Now let me tell you something… I took that first sip, and babyyyy — DELICIOUS. Perfect texture. Not too thick, not too runny, just right. And the flavor? Mmm. It was giving fresh, it was giving sweet, it was giving made with love.
This is one of them spots you tell your people about. 10/10 — I will definitely be back. ✨
