Went to pick up dinner ny steak and grilled chicken. Made it home to eat and guess what my grilled chicken was SPOILED! As soon as my husband and I started to eat the meat and instantly vomited. Called and went back up to the store. The manager try to act like I didn’t get it there. The young lady that waited on me give her the name in which I ordered. Then, the manager went to the back to the cook and their response was they have been cooking grilled chicken all day. I told them to taste it, Respond was if you want a refund, you order online, it take 5 - 7 days for a refund. No apology for giving out bad food.

Repasse. Was handed chicken wings for my mother’s funeral and the chicken at the bottom was gray! Who does that?

This establishment has gone down. The last time I ordered the Tuesday special ( steak n Potato). The steak was spoiled. It had a slight odor and the meat tasted tangy. I called the location to inform them of my dissatisfaction. They checked the area were they housed the steaks and agreed that the steaks were spoiled and had an odor. They stated that I could return the order and get a replacement or my money back. Today I was refused my money back after being told differently. I requested to receive a telephone or address for the owner. They gave me the run around and said the owner was out of town. This is poor business! All I wanted is my money back for some rank meat that is being served to customers . The Better Business Bureau and others will be hearing from me ?

I just want to say that Ms Kay was very pleasant and very nice to me I will always go back to visit I would highly recommend this location thank you Ms Kay for a very great day

Good Lord, turn the music down so I can hear what you are mumbling out of your mouth ! The Gyro was good but whomever it was running the register on Aug. 25th 2021 around 12p.m., has got poor customer service skills. If she is the one who owns this business, you should be lucky that people come through the door.

New York Grill is my go-to when I don't want to cook. I like to get a little something different each time, and everything I have had, from the steak, fish, burgers, and sides have all been so tasty! Their toasted ravioli are crave-worthy! A little on the pricy side to order often, but you get what you pay for - consistently good food and superb service. 10/10.

I'm just here for the fried mushrooms! They have a huge menu. Almost too many items to choose from. As you can guess, most of them grilled or fried. The mushrooms are always good though! They have drinks and a few dessert selections. The prices are okay. If you want your fried fix, this is the place!

I’ve been several times and the staff’s knowledge about the dishes and what they’re composed of is impeccable. Service is amazing.

My pizza was amazing be back real soon great atmosphere friendly customer service.
