The food was really good but never use a prepaid card here. My order was $80 and they charged that plus 20% gratuity which was not agreed upon and we gave the trainee $20 cash tip that she stuck in her pocket. We spoke with a mgr and he claims the bank of the card held those funds. So they held the exact amount of 20% of the bill? We will be disputing this. Because they took upon themselves to charge 20% if my bill ruined our entire experience and we will not be visiting this...

The food and service were excellent! The server Iyanna was excellent. She was very attentive, friendly and personalble. I haven't been to Longhorn in quite some time! I will definitely be back very soon! The steak was cooked to perfection. Actually, everything was excellent!
