Downloaded the app went to Chipotle for the 1st time.. Said 950pm pickup. So I go in and ask about the order. The clerk side eyed the shelves over to the side and just pointed and walked away. But I asked about the bag that was sitting in the waiting spot behind the counter.. sat for 20 min for someone to ask my name and go pick up the very same bag I asked about and got denied.. This is my favorite restaurant. I love the food. I go every time I get a chance. The people are always friendly.
Upon arriving, the line was long and most of the servings were running low. I decided to order a burrito and bowl at the same. When requested it seemed as if they weren’t urgently trying to refill the low portions of rice, mild sauce the chicken didn’t look fresh either. While switching out the trays with the new batch of foods, the team members didn’t put on new gloves after touching the trays. Chipotle Mexican Grill offers a mixed dining experience. The food can be delicious, with scrumptious and yummy meals available.
