Papa Johns Pizza

My girlfriend Never received her delivery and it went through DoorDash after ordering on the papa John’s website. Multiple dashers over a hour plus period and nothing was picked up. Who ever owns this place needs to get their stuff together.

Scheduled my food today. Came in and out want ready. What's the point of allowing future orders if you don't prepaid it. I order Buffalo wings. I got garlic parm. Ticket says buffalo but now I got attitude. 8 min wait for you to fix your mistake. No compensation. No apology. Store full of disrespect young men.

Didn’t expect some dry sticks as my garlic Parmesan breadsticks. Didn’t even give me my sauce that go with it. The only reason they get stars is cuz of the brownies. Order #0090

If I could give zero stars I would. Communication horrible. I placed an order and two hours later was told my order was cancelled due to my order being given to the wrong delivery person. They didn't tell me and now they won't even answer the phone for me to get my refund. Corporate will be contacted about this. I would ask y'all to do better but I'm sure that's a far stretch

I ordered a NY style Pizza online a few days ago. Extra Pepperoni. I ordered through the website and unbeknownst to me, it was outsourced to Doordash. It was delivered to the wrong address and so I informed the manager. 40 min to an hour later, a new pizza was sent out via Doordash. It was the wrong pizza. Hand tossed Pepperoni and sausage. I ate it because I was starving but felt that I deserved a small store credit or another pizza at least for the double blunder and huge inconvenience. Manager 2 said this is not possible because I already ate it. General chain issue or regular employee issue, the fact remains; Pathetic Service. Will not be returning and encourage everyone else to opt for another option.

I will never come here again. I placed my order hours ahead they had no problem charging me what I ordered but didn’t actual give me what I ordered then my food was almost 30 minutes late for delivery…cold and disappointing I placed the order two hours in advanced called the store got put on hold for 20 minutes called back no answer… and when I reached out to customer service they gave me a promo code that doesn’t even work and refuse to answer…

I placed an order over the phone and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes, I waited 20 minutes before I left. When I got there my order wasn't ready and I was told it would be 15-20 minutes. It could have been because there were only two people working. Neither one had gloves on while preparing the food. When leaving I noticed that there was no grade on the window or door ??
