The pizza at this location doesn't taste anything like papa John's..it's horrible..I've been to other locations and this one is the worst

Papa John's isn't what it used to be. We had 1 large stuffed crust and 2 med pizzas and it was over $40, which would have been ok except the pizza crust is super thin and there's NO toppings or sauce. So. Dry. We were all really disappointed. Plus, we paid a tip to the driver through the app, but Door Dash delivered, so is Papa John's stealing tips?We only ordered here for the stuffed crust, but it'a not worth it. We will stick to Dominoes, they are consistently good.

I order the works with extra cheese and pineapple they gave me just cheese and pineapple...made me bring the other pizza back before they cooked it right had to wait another 20 minutes

When I say this location is the absolute worst! I placed an order online and the tracker said it’ll be ready by 4:55.. currently two hours later and still no pizza. When I ask the employees about my order everyone just walks away, JUST SHUT IT DOWN ALREADY!!!

I am a previous employee and was fired for being in the hospital for a concussion due to falling on ice. I later learned that everyone who works there is gmd family members and the gm refused to train someone she hired for two weeks. Now I feel very attacked due to me being the only white person that worked there and I was fired for a medical reason. Shut it down not to mention it's not cleaned properly. Dropping screens and reusing them without cleaning them

This place was horrible. I ordered a pizza for delivery that never came although they took my money. Customer service was unpleasant and unprofessional. This establishment should be shut down immediately

I wish I could rate my experience a zero! I am so upset rite now at the fact I ordered a extra large pizza and a 8 piece hot wing with extra pepercinis and the delivery driver dropped off 4 medium pizzas to the front door and I had to catch the driver before he pulled off only for him to not even have my order in the car I waited a hour after they said 40 minutes. The driver said 20 more minutes I called and spoke to manager who offered to remake my order when I did get my order the pizza was cold and smashed on one side. Now if I would've called and went off I'd be wrong fix it papa John's

I placed a delivery order for a Veggie Pizza & I must say it was delicious. I have gotten one before and was very disappointed and said I would never order again, but its been a few months so I said I will try again. It was so worth it. The pizza was so fresh, the veggies were crisp and the sauce was not overwhelming. Whoever made my pizza did an excellent job on it. It showed they cared about the product that went out the door.
