“Placed an online pickup order. The woman working the front (and seemingly everywhere else) was incredibly kind and helpful. Even when there was a mistake on one of the pizzas, she kept me informed on how long and went above and beyond for any inconvenience. I believe her name was Sierra (I really hope I remembered correctly) but she was amazing! (As was everyone else working hard to put together a huge order that had come in while I was there)“

“How does one describe one of the best dining/customer service experiences he has received? Let me explain. The associate provided me with a service that I have not been able to receive for quite some time as a PJP customer. Best of all, he did so kindly and willingly. There is a condiment that I prefer with my honey chipotle wings. I contacted the location after calling two others because I wanted to make sure the manager would assist me in procuring the extra honey chipotle sauce for my wings. The associate/manager assured me he could assist me. He was mannerable and polite and his demeanor should be inducted in a training module for how to go above and beyond for the customer. He is premier customer service personified.“
