All though I had a scheduled pick-up time, the pizza was put in the oven as I came to pick it up at my scheduled times; plus, I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and got home to one pepperoni and one cheese pizza. Very disappointed.

Came to this location store was dirty. Worker not using gloves. Had to get a refund cause they had me waiting a whole hour for my food then expecting me to still want the food.. Yall need to do better cause anit no way y’all charging so much and y’all environment looks like that and workers not doing they damn job
Ordered 2 large tavern pizza thru the app. At 4:08 to be ready by 6 got here at 6:10 they did not make the pizzas it was missed. Their has happened more then 1 or 2 times before. They had to make it when I got here

They need to close the Pizza Hut on halls ferry down. I ordered two pizzas and paid extra for cheese garlic bread. One of my pizzas was completely wrong, I ordered a buffalo chicken and received a bbq chicken pizza, I guess paying attention is to hard for people and the pizza must have stuck to the pan and they just ripped it out the pan because half the pizza was missing the bottom of the pizza, the cheese garlic bread that I paid extra for the cheese had no cheese on it. I will definitely never be back, it is so not hard to do your job

Just got pizza from here pretty disappointing, pan crust looks and tastes just like their hand tossed paid 2 extra dollars for extra cheese, no way that was extra cheese. Just going stick to domino's where the pizza is higher quality and the price is even cheaper

We ordered 2 hours ahead to pick up at a certain time. When we arrived we stood at the counter waiting on someone to assist us. The young man looked as though he was really high. He couldn't get in the system to look my order up and kept laughing. He walked around the warmer 3 times before finally pulling out our order which look and felt like it had been in the warmer for and hour and was missing items. He didn't seem concerned he walked around the warmer again smiling I think because he was blown out of his mind and then asked " do you want us to drop your wing now"? Totally out of control! I will not return. They have no supervision evidently......
This by far has been the most horrible pizza that I have ordered. I ordered 3 $7 deals each pizza was DRY, not cut well (hard to cut with my own pizza cutter, overcooked EVERY! I was so hungry after not eating anything all day and the garbage that I received was disappointing.

Website says ready in 15 minutes. If it would have said an hour and 15 minutes I would not have wasted an hour standing in the lobby waiting on cheese sticks while my other pizzas were already ready and not made correctly. So yeah I won't be ever going back to this location in my lifetime. Might be done with Pizza Hut all together!
My experience was horrible I did a call In order the lady stated that it was a 25 min wait when I arrived 30 min later the lobby was full of people around 15 people waiting on food the cashier stated that there was a still remainder of 10 min to wait on my food I waited another 15 - 20min went to the counter again and asked was my order ready the cashier left the counter and came back I was told they haven't even started on my food I sat and waited another 25 min went back to the counter ..and they stated my food still was not ready...I ended up getting a refund the service was horrible and the attitudes there sucked...the female cashier was very rude...needless to say no longer going back there...they really need new staff..

They have a bunch of kids working. I dont see a single adult and they very ghetto. Girl at the counter was on the phone the whole time so I kept having to repeat myself. The food was horrible. They didn't put any sauce on the pizza and barely any cheese. The pizza tasted like nothing but bread and I paid for 3 pizza's so I was very disappointed. I hope something is done about this.
