Just got order #75 from the Florissant location and it was perfect. The Spicy Signature Chicken and Lemon Pepper Wings were super crispy and full of flavor. The mac & cheese, red beans & rice, and biscuits were fresh and delicious. Awesome job, will definitely be back! Thank you for the amazing customer service.

Even though I paid for the value set for the meal I took home to my family, that did not enjoy it...most went in the trash,my two teaspoon full of mac taste good as the portions has gotten smaller, will only call me back for a larger one and a cinnamon/sugar pie!

In the past, I have liked popeyes food. I have tolerated long waits because I can see they're busy and when I get the food it is hot and fresh. My last visit I ordered ahead of time online to pick up in drive thru. I arrive and there is one car ahead of me. They are waiting a long time at the speaker. I'm thinking uh-oh this is not a good sign but maybe ordering online ahead of time will have helped. Nope. I pull up and right away the gentleman says hold please. OK. I wait and wait. Finally, guy comes back and I tell him it's a mobile order. He has me pull forward. Awesome! I get to the window and guy says pull forward by the door, they'll bring it out. Now to put it in perspective, I had one chicken sandwich and one order of fried pickles. I ordered it online at 1:20 and it said it would be ready 1:30. It is now like 2pm when I get the order. Now if the order had been piping hot, I'd have been like oh well, because I get that things happen. However, my food is lukewarm, it had clearly been sitting for a while. There was no way they had just finished cooking it. This food had to be done when I pulled up. I don't know what was going on there that day, but I won't be doing popeyes for a long time.

I was just there picking up online order. Got home and discovered one of the sides was missing. I tried calling back ,no answer. I don't have time to go back and get the missing side.However this is very disappointing. Not the only experience either. Not sure if I'll be going hack
Door dash classic chicken sandwich buy one and get 1 free. Only received one and restaurant would not answer phone when I called. Do not order from popeyes on hy.67
