Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Had a good experience every other time except for the girl with the bad wig and pink shirt and blue jeans on that was taking orders outside. she was very rude and messed up our order.

Food great. Lady who took my order outside was nice, lady who cashed me out in the drive through window at 5:52 PM on 5/29/26 does not need to be in drive through as she had a unnecessary attitude soon as she opened the window, mean muggin me , handed me my change wadded up in a ball then when handed me my food she literally dropped the bag before i even grabbed it and i had to catch it . Dont ruin other peoples day because you have a bad one, spread love and peace. And dont work drive through if you have a attitude problem

We had curbside we got a tray of chicken tenders with chainsaws it was piping hot we took them home for dinner along with other stuff. Super good 💯😊

Ordered a large amount of chicken because we work late and most stores are closed by the time we get off, so we came here to grab food. To last the few days till we got a day off to go shopping We were respectful, patient, and understanding the entire time, especially knowing places can get busy or be short staffed. We never complained about the wait and even left a tip because we appreciate people working late hours.
What was disappointing was being questioned about why we were ordering “so much food” and made to feel uncomfortable for placing a large order. Being short staffed is understandable, but customers should not be made to feel like a burden for ordering from a restaurant that is open for business.
As someone who has managed in the restaurant industry before often working with even less staff even being alone in a store while handling orders, cashing out customers, making food, and everything in between I would never question customers for the amount of food they ordered. Professionalism and customer service still matter, even during stressful shifts.
I usually never have issues when coming here, which is why this experience was disappointing.

Highly satisfied with my visit, I was up there doing storm cleanup and we came in at lunchtime and the 3 of got our orders within 3mins. The food was hot and delicious, definitely recommend this location

Not sure why workers here are so incompetent. I had to reorder “crispy” fries twice, waited for an extended amount of time because they just couldn’t figure out how to make my fries crispy - the simplest task. The manager had the nerve to instruct me to request the fries to cook an extra minute verses asking for crispy fries.

There was an issue when trying to use my Caniac Card but I was able to contact the company and they responded quickly.
