Ashley S has always been my favorite worker at this store. She’s so helpful in explaining what’s in every smoothie. I’ve never had a problem at this store. She actually stands up for her employees and loves them with all her heart. I can tell in her demenor. Night shift is also very dependable. The kids are fast and great at what they do. But Ashley S by far is the best employee there. Consider her a raise. She does her job to the fullest with the biggest smile on her face and always always always very very polite. Helping other employees and other customers in the store. Also trying to upsell the merchandise. I always buy something from them everytime I go in.

The store owner Kevin is more disgusting than the staff. He is a kid at heart without a clue of what good customer service and professionalism is. He supports his staff in their wrong. This store will not last with a nasty staff preparing drinks for locals who pay taxes to Florissant county. The reviews speak for it themself and imagine speaking to the owner and it is worse. This is only the beginning will complete the entire incident later of the experience. Just damn right disgusting

I wish there was a way to rate with zero stars because that’s how I would rate it. Experienced some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. It’s very obvious that the employees don’t care and don’t want to work for their pay. We went inside and were told that weren’t taking orders inside and to go through the drive thru. Sat at the drive thru waiting to give our order way too long and when they finally and rudely responded we decided we weren’t going to be giving them our business any longer. We will never go back to this location and will recommend to others not to go there either.

This place is one of the worst locations to go to. I’ve never had a problem with any other location with simply ordering. They always say their system is down or some random excuse.Today they said they’re not taking drive thru orders anymore but only inside at 4:30 PM IN THE AFTERNOON.it’s like they can’t handle a rush or are incapable of doing it.Please shut this location down already.

The first time I came to smoothie king the payment machine was down. So My 2nd time I placed an online order overnight and when I got there they ran out of granola!!! like my order was placed at night, yes i'm very annoyed with this company. I will NOT try again 0/10

Slow, they barely come to the speaker to take your order and when they do they are always out of something especially the bowls. Be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes if going through the drive thought and that’s if they’re even open. You would think after months of 1-star reviews they’d do something about it instead of just replying to the reviews. Pitiful.

Literally the worst experience I've ever encountered with a Smoothie King. This should be a zero rating. I pulled up to the drive-thru at 7:00pm. The person on the speaker asked if I was using my reward points to purchase. I stated "no". I waited and waited for him to say something else. Finally, said hello with no answer. Pulled up to the window where I had to wait for that person to finish on his phone before opening the window. He asked if someone took my order and I said no. He said the person with the headset on walked away. I said can I order. He said what would you like. I wanted a bowl order and the person stated we are not doing bowls right now. He stated they are all out of bowls.
This place sucks when it comes to the service. They just throw them together with whatever, they never taste the same. I order a carrinean way and it taste like water and blueberries mixed together. Very disappointing!!!!

So I visited this location around 1pm 3/5/2024 and was immediately told they were almost out of everything except blueberries and bananas i believe. The employee was extremely apologetic but it also sounded it like this had been going on for a minute. I wouldve normally not wrote a bad review as things happen but this place is always out of something. I to this day have never been able to even get one of the fruit bowls because its always something missing. I fear this place is doomed as many other popular places that come in the area, the owners after a while just let the place go (and nope I dont work for or have ever worked for Smoothie King) Its just that bad and dissappointing is all.

Worst service I ever experienced. I wish I can put 0 stars. We were already waiting over an hour for 3 smoothies. YES, over an hour and no exaggeration. We weren’t greeted when we walked in, the workers just acted as if we didn’t exist. One of the employees had a rude demeanor and attitude so in the midst of waiting, three customers walked in and approached a worker and went behind the counter. They threatened him, cursed at him, and screamed until the police were called then they left. This disruption caused most workers to stop working and go to the back to gossip about what just occurred and this caused an even bigger delay with my wait.Every time I come here, it takes them a long time to answer the speaker (they purposely take off their headset and ignore the drive thru when they feel like it and I’ve personally witnessed this) so I usually go in and it’s even worst inside. Extremely ghetto. Never will return.
