The store owner Kevin is more disgusting than the staff. He is a kid at heart without a clue of what good customer service and professionalism is. He supports his staff in their wrong. This store will not last with a nasty staff preparing drinks for locals who pay taxes to Florissant county. The reviews speak for it themself and imagine speaking to the owner and it is worse. This is only the beginning will complete the entire incident later of the experience. Just damn right disgusting
I wish there was a way to rate with zero stars because that’s how I would rate it. Experienced some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. It’s very obvious that the employees don’t care and don’t want to work for their pay. We went inside and were told that weren’t taking orders inside and to go through the drive thru. Ashley S has always been my favorite worker at this store. She’s so helpful in explaining what’s in every smoothie. I’ve never had a problem at this store. She actually stands up for her employees and loves them with all her heart. I can tell in her demenor. Night shift is also very dependable. The kids are fast and great at what they do.
