This place has awful customer service. We ordered from him a month ago and experienced bad service- tried it again tonight and received the same bad service. Order placed on line- given 16-21 minutes ready time. Over an 1.5 hour later- no order. They couldn’t find it. Asked for refund and was told they couldn’t give us a receipt to show a refund and to wait 3-5 days and then come back if the order is not received. I will definitely dispute this charge with my bank. Do not waste your time or money with this establishment. Horrible!!! Workers nor manager on duty seem to know what to do.

Well I was there to pick up an online order and it took about a half hour of sitting and waiting which isn't bad but I seen about four people come back in the door with incorrect orders.

When ordering, the rep was very unprofessional. I asked for extra parmesan cheese for my Garlic and Parmesan chicken. I also asked for my fries to be well done. Rhw rep did not follow ANY instructions. The food was hot but flavorless.

This place is ridiculous. No training. No customer service. No management. No structure.No nothing. Just a buncha high schools kids ruining consumers consumption and money. I swear this place is not how Florissant businesses operate.

After a long day at work, I decided to order Wingstop online for dinner from this location. I picked up my order, which was almost $40, when I got home I realized that my chicken was improperly prepared. I called the store and spoke with the General Manager Rachel of my ill prepared chicken. She was more concerned about the fact that I had left the store more than an hour before opening my bag. During our conversation, she was never empathetic of fact that my chicken was improperly prepared, nor that I was already comfortably home and would have to use my gas to drive all the way back to the store inconveniencing me, the customer. Whatever happened to customer service. I should have gotten what I paid for and if not, how about an apology and a remedy without an inconvenience to me. This will be my last visit to this store and if I could rate it less than a one, I would. Horrible customer service.

The store is extremely dirty with flies and knats flying around everywhere. The staff is nonchalant and doesn’t care about anything, they do the bare minimum here.I came in exactly at my estimated pickup time and my fries were very cold and looked very disgusting. I informed the worker about my cold fries and she stated “my manager don’t like us giving out more fries”. If they’re cold.. beyond my control then what exactly is expected??? Of course people are going to complain. The service here is terrible.

Absolutely horrible experience at this location. I don't usually write reviews for places but this is an exception. I ordered at 7:30 pm on a Saturday, now of course they were busy but it was an online order and they lost my ticket and had to reprint it and then it took another 30+ minutes to get my food. I finally walked out with my order at almost 9:45 pm. I will never visit this location ever again.

Order was 30+ minutes late for 16-20 min. ready time.Received no veggies, short on dipping sauce. Paid IN PERSON for 3 additional dips didn't get those at all.Staff was unapologetic/rude and it was ALL a chaotic atmosphere. No wonder the screw up orders and make you wait.Parking: Handicap parking taken up by non handicap people ALWAYS. NOT your fault but a real issue.I am a disabled veteran

Pick up time is never accurate. Lots of people waiting inside. Wings are overcooked and flavorless without sauce. I'm honestly never spending my money here again. They can't keep up with a lot of orders and the quality goes down tremendously. The sign on the door tells you to check your bag before leaving. Why? Is it because people always call and complain about things being missing and you don't want to be responsible?

Used to be my favorite place to get wings but quality has gone way down and the people working there are rude. Delivery orders keep getting messed up so I would recommend pick up only and make sure you have everything before leaving the store.

First off- girl had long acrylic nails and was biting on her fingers and nails on both hands. She then proceeded to hand people their bags, receipts, and cups. I didn't want to continue watching to see if she went and handled the food. ? The soda station was gross and sticky with trash around it. Floor was dirty(granted, it is nasty out), but it definitely needed a good sweep.Yes, they were busy, but I watched the 4 or 5 up front be on their phones, sit down, go outside, lean on counters, and be on phones again.I was actually in for a delivery pickup for 2 orders. One order was done and sat on the shelf for 25 mins before I asked about it. Then I asked about the 2nd order.. They're still working on it. 10 mins later, asked again... it'll be about another 10 mins. I unassigned 2nd order and left.Thank goodness I never eat there.I will give the girl with the long braids kudos. She was the only one who worked while b.s. with coworkers. She knew how to do both at the same time.
