How in the world yall a chicken place but tell folks they have to wait 30 mins for chicken to thaw that makes no sense at all and yall should really take online ordering off period because it never works and yall know it and still take payments and when you arrive they claim it didn’t go through or that they don’t have what you ordered . The young man at the front taking orders was nice but the manager or who ever was in charge needs to be reevaluated asap .
The bag was leaking before we left the store. Instead of looking inside the bag to see what was leaking the young lady just took the bag and doubled the bag up only to get home and find that ranch had spilled all inside the bag. We took it back only to get home again and the ranch top had opened and spilled out again. I called the store and the young man that answered the phone just said “hello”, no mention of the business.
