“It’s a Taco Bell in a truck stop. The atmosphere is to be expected. Service is a bit slow (but not too bad) as this location doesn’t seem to be staffed well. The staff is always friendly though. I’ve visited around ten times and I’ve had no complaints with the food quality. My only complaint would be the pricing. It’s not consistent with the near by locations. A cheesy been and rice burrito is over $3, but on the $1 menu at the Wentzville location 5 minutes down the road.“

“This is our new favorite go-to Mexican restaurant! Truly family owned by brothers David and Gabriel. Delicious home made salsa! Big variety of Mexican dishes. Everything we have tried is absolutely wonderful. Located in New Melle. A short drive from Wentzville (I-70 & I-64) or Hiway 94 wine country and well worth it. Friendly servers. Say "Hi" to David or Gabriel. They're usually roaming around. “Rarely do I question my previous 5 star reviews of other places. The food was very, very tasty. Tacos were authentic, and the flavor combinations were awesome. I kept ordering food even though I was full. Had a gordito and tacos. Chorizo was 6 “

“Ths outside of the building doesn't look great, but it is nice inside and the food is worth it! The Chimi chicken and the Yolanda were delicious! The margaritas are soooo good, and they do not skimp on the tequila! The food was fresh, hot, and had great flavor. Staff was attentive, and we had great service!“

“Absolutely the best authentic Mexican food I've had in years. Went for dinner around 5:30 and were seated right away. Our server was the BEST. Super friendly, very efficient. Chips were much better than run of the mill chips served from other Mexican restaurants.Margarita was quite tasty. Food was served quickly and super piping hot. VERY generous portions. My sister in law LOVED the Taco Salad, said it was loaded with beef and very tasty.I had the #3 on the Combination Platters: Taco, Enchilada and Chile Relleno. All 3 were superb. Great flavor. “This was our first time visiting and we had a great meal! The shrimp burrito was extremely tasty and huge! It filled the plate. The shrimp taco was good too. Chips and salsa arrive at the table seconds after you arrive. We also recommend the white queso dip. Service was quick and efficient, and the owner is friendly and appreciative of our business.Parking: There is plenty of parking right out front in the parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome here.Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot and restaurant are both on the ground floor.“
